As part of ICOPs commitment to our members, we are defending your rights wherever they are attacked. Recently, we took that battle to the court of public opinion. A decision last month by the City of Chicago to violate their officer's rights to arbitration prompted us to speak out in defense of arbitration for Police Officers.  

There is already talk of stripping this right from all police officers.

ICOPs' Executive Director wrote an op-ed in the Chicago Sun Times explaining why police officers need arbitration to ensure fairness and professionalism in law enforcement.
